Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on assessed business value, client impact, and strategic alignment. Ensure that business stakeholders develop business cases for technology investments, outlining the expected benefits and costs in line with Fund Services priorities Work daily with technology teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and developed efficiently. Engage with operations teams to streamline service delivery processes and improve operational efficiency for new and existing products. Collaborate with sales and marketing to create effective value propositions, develop sales tools, and execute go-to-market plans. Liaise with legal, compliance, and risk departments to ensure all products adhere to regulations and manage potential risks. Performance Tracking: Monitor product adoption, revenue generation, and profitability, making continuous data-driven recommendations for adjustments. Industry Awareness: Proactively stay informed about emerging industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the funds services landscape. Relevant experience, such as within Financial Services and Technology Strategy, defining and executing product vison and strategy in a complex and evolving market in Funds Services Experience working with scaled Agile team and implementation of global cross function technology transformation initiatives a plus Understanding of financial technology, data architecture, and digital platforms relevant to funds services. Subject matter expertise with Middle Office and/or Fund Accounting servicing is highly desirable.
