Your Impact

Support program management activities under the guidance of senior program managers.

• Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and communications.

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.

• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather updates.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation.

• Support the management of project risks and issues.

• Help organize meetings and prepare meeting materials.

• Learn and apply program management tools and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; within 6 months of graduation.

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills, along with detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in English. The candidate must possess strong command over both written and spoken English

• Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adaptability to AI-assisted automation and optimization in product management tasks.
