中小企業(SMB)向けチームのサイバーセキュリティ・プリセールスエンジニアとして、Ciscoのセキュリティソリューションを通じてお客様のビジネス成功を支援していただきます。高度な技術力とプリセールス経験を活かし、アカウントエグゼクティブや他の営業チームと連携しながら、お客様のニーズに応じた最適なソリューション提案を行い、信頼関係の構築に貢献することが求められます。

【具体的な業務内容】

アカウントエグゼクティブやソリューションエンジニアと連携し、SMB向けセキュリティソリューションの拡大を推進
将来の顧客との技術的な打ち合わせやワークショップを通じてニーズを把握し、ソリューション提案
必要に応じてPoC/PoVの技術支援を実施
顧客やパートナーとの信頼関係を構築し、セキュリティソリューションがビジネス価値につながることを示す
プロダクトチームやエンジニアリング部門と連携し、顧客フィードバックを製品改善やロードマップ提案に活用
市場・競合環境の把握と分析、現場視点での価格戦略・技術戦略の提言

SMB向けセキュリティ営業チーム、ソリューションエンジニア、アカウントマネージャーなどと密に連携し、Ciscoのサイバーセキュリティ製品群(Secure Access、ISE、Duo、Firewallなど)の成長と収益拡大を共に推進していただきます。
お客様に対して単なる技術提供に留まらず、ビジネス価値を届ける提案を行い、競合と差別化された戦略を実現していただきます。

【必須要件】

  • ネットワークセキュリティ分野における2〜3年以上の実務経験NGFW/NGIPS、クラウドセキュリティ(メール、Web、アンチスパム、DNSセキュリティ、CASB、SASE、SSE)、エンドポイントセキュリティなどの技術に精通していること

  • サイバーセキュリティ技術、概念、標準、手法、運用、用途に関する知識

  • サイバーセキュリティ、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号

【歓迎要件】

  • 優れたプレゼンテーション能力およびコミュニケーション能力

  • プリセールス、中小企業向け営業、または同様の顧客対応ポジションでの実績

As a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer on our Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) team, you will play a meaningful role in winning our customers' trust and ensuring their success. You'll partner with Account Executives to strategize on territory, account, and opportunity planning. You will engage directly with prospective clients, building trusting relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our cybersecurity solutions can protect and empower their businesses.

Your Impact

We seek someone with a passion for sharing their excitement about technology and making it approachable for everyone, from the front line of Security Operations to the C-level, or even to their grandparents. As part of your DNA, you are a self-starter who can build consultative relationships and develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that improve our opportunity to win a customer's business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in Security specialization in Network Security and technologies including NGFW/NGIPS, Cloud Security (i.e. Email, Web, Anti-Spam, DNS security, CASB, SASE, SSE), Endpoint Security.
  • Detailed understanding of cyber security technologies, concepts, standards, methods, operations, and uses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualification

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Validated experience in presales, SMB-focused roles, or similar customer-facing positions..
  • Highly motivated self-starter who excels without day-to-day management.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar credentials.
  • Conversational English
