Your Impact

As a Software Engineer in the Voice of the Customer Platform, you will play a crucial role in advancing Splunk’s Platform OKRs—driving World Class Velocity, enabling Agentic solutions, and fostering Cisco-Splunk synergies. By implementing scalable Alpha, Beta, and Early Access programs, you will accelerate product validation, enhance customer onboarding, and increase satisfaction. Your efforts will ensure that customer feedback is quickly and effectively integrated, directly supporting key strategic initiatives and strengthening the team’s ability to deliver innovative solutions·

Lead the Design and development of backend services using Golang and GraphQL

Build and maintain responsive web application using React and TypeScript, ensuring clean, reusable and scalable components

Implement modern UI/UX best practices, state management and component-based design

Collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, accessible user experiences

Ensure System performance, scalability and security through thoughtful design and proactive monitoring

Define and implement engineering standards including testing strategies, CI/CD and deployment best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Go for backend development
• Extensive experience with reach-based web development, including component design, state management and performance design,
• Background in real-time systems, caching strategies or event driven architectures
• Experience with databases (both SQL and Non SQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Go for backend development

• Background in real-time systems, caching strategies or event driven architectures
