Your Impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, services, operations) by helping gather requirements, document user stories, and assist with basic product and process improvements. You will support high-impact projects through market analysis and product definition, applying product management skills and methodologies. You will also present to leadership, identify process gaps, plan process implementation, and support change management processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to Agile product delivery while learning core Product Owner skills under guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; within 6 months of graduation.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities to inform product decisions and translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Solid understanding of product management concepts, including agile and scrum methodologies.

  • Proficiency in English. The candidate must possess strong command over both written and spoken English

  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with software project management and quality assurance.

  • Strategic planning and client relationship management.

  • Adaptability to AI-assisted automation and optimization in product management tasks.
