Join the founding QA team ensuring Cisco’s multi-cloud networking platform is production-ready for Early 2026 Alpha launch. As a QA/Test Automation Engineer, you’ll build automated tests, validate complex networking scenarios (IPsec tunnels, BGP routing, AutoVPN), and ensure quality across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Your Impact: Create test automation for MCN’s Alpha launch. You’ll ensure the foundation is rock-solid for production deployments.

The Team: You’ll work closely with senior QA engineers and learn from experienced mentors.

Your Impact​

• Write Automated Tests: Create and maintain tests using Python with Pytest, Robot Framework, or Selenium
• Execute E2E Tests: Validate networking scenarios including IPsec tunnels, BGP routing, and AutoVPN mesh across clouds
• Multi-Cloud Testing: Test functionality across AWS, Azure, and GCP regions ensuring consistent behavior
• AI-Assisted Testing: Use Cursor and Codex to accelerate test writing and generate test cases
• API Testing: Help develop API test suites for MCN control plane services
• Bug Tracking: Document bugs with clear reproduction steps and work with developers to resolve issues

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years QA automation experience
• Python proficiency for test automation
• Test framework experience
• Pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or Cypress
• API testing
• REST APIs and basic HTTP concepts
• Basic networking knowledge or strong interest in learning
• Detail-oriented approach to testing and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• CI/CD pipeline integration experience
• Docker or container technologies
• Networking or security testing

• Multi-cloud networking concepts (IPsec, BGP, AutoVPN, VPN)
• Testing distributed systems across regions and clouds
• AI-powered testing with MCP servers and agents
