Your Impact
As part of the Splunk Asia SE team, you'll be a senior customer-focused technical sales professional with intimate knowledge of customer-specific business drivers, including adjacent technology and solution areas. You will consult and drive the adoption of Splunk AI solutions across diverse industries. Your responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their unique business needs, and delivering tailored AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. You will demonstrate deep expertise in AI technologies and real-world deployment experience to design and implement AI-driven solutions. Additionally, you will translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with customers, partners, and engineering teams to transform customer challenges into business advantages using Splunk’s AI and Data technologies.
You are passionate about the fast-evolving IT landscape and the progressive impact of AI. You excel at solving complex problems with innovative technology solutions and are an exceptional presenter who can simplify complex technical scenarios into easy-to-understand messages. As an inspiring collaborator, you encourage innovative use of technology and demonstrate ideas through hands-on methods. You bring experience in AI technologies, data, and infrastructure, with the ability to bridge technical depth and business value. You will also closely collaboration with Product and Engineering to provide feedback and drive improvements to our AI and product roadmap.
As a Splunk AI subject-matter-expert, you will lead by example as a regional technical mentor to share experience and assets with SE team members.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Experience: 5+ or 8+ years of technology consulting experience, preferably in systems, software, data, analytics, and AI domains in a customer-facing role.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data analytics, programming, scripting languages. Strong hands-on experience in building and delivering demos, POVs and pilots in enterprise environments.

Documentation and Methodologies: Ability to create detailed, clear, and consumable documentation and standard methodologies for deployment related to application acceleration, automation/management efficiencies, enterprise solutions, and AI/ML technologies.

AI Application Development: Capability to develop and demonstrate real-world examples showcasing how AI technologies can drive business success and tackle complex problems. Proven ability to move from idea to implementation – quickly and effectively.

Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to value-sell and deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on AI and Data use cases.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree in Data Science is a plus.

In-depth understanding of AI models and AI-enabled workflows, including but not limited to GPT, Llama, Claude or similar.

Experienced with data storage and management (Splunk, Elastic, DSQL, NOSQL, Vector, Big Query etc) and AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Jupyter, NIMS and NVAIE etc).

Experience in training and fine-tuning AI models on premise or in cloud environments, and/or building inferencing architectures or agentic workflows.

Familiarity with containerization, understanding security and observability use cases.
