職務概要：
Cisco Japanにおいて、お客様およびパートナー向けのイベント企画と運営をする方を募集します。本ポジションでは、イベントをスムーズに実施するための計画、調整、コミュニケーションを行い、多様なプロジェクトメンバーやステークホルダーと連携します。

主な業務内容：

• 顧客およびパートナーのニーズに基づいたイベント企画
• イベントの目的・ターゲット・スケジュールの策定と実行、会場の手配等
• 内外のステークホルダー（顧客、パートナー、ベンダー、社内チーム）との連携、問い合わせ対応
• 参加者リスト管理、出席状況の把握、イベント後のフィードバック収集

必要条件：

• １～３年のトレーニング運営、プロジェクト管理、もしくはオペレーション業務の経験（IT業界経験尚可）
• 日本語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 英語を学びたい、または活用したい意欲
• 新しいことを学び、成長する意欲
• 積極的なコミュニケーション能力
• 問題解決への積極的な姿勢と細部への配慮
