As a valued member of our team, you will have the responsibility of developing and delivering new capabilities using the latest technologies and processes. This includes actively coding, debugging, and reviewing with the team. You will collaborate with a team of talented engineers and interact with business partners.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Delivering projects from start to finish through delegation, review, and driving results holistically.
• Implementing Agile rituals, planning epics and features, tracking and reporting on velocity/throughput/cycle time, and ensuring a healthy backlog.
• Collaborating with other Engineers, SMEs, and Architects to build applications and technical systems that align with the architectural vision.
• Work closely with global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint work.
• Lead the architecture and development of advanced in-app and role-based AI Agents, including comprehensive security, semantic, and agent training modules.
• Oversee the implementation of sophisticated agentic frameworks (langraph, langchain, LLMs) to deliver high availability Ask/Respond capabilities across enterprise tech platforms.
• Drive the design and optimization of enterprise-grade NLI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using large language models.
• Architect and deliver secure, high-performance data connectors for complex enterprise ecosystems (Oracle, SAP HANA, Snowflake, MongoDB).
• Lead the development of enterprise-level API frameworks for LLM prompt engineering and advanced intent recognition.
• Design and implement advanced multi-agent protocols, standardizing communication, message formats, and transport mechanisms for cross-agent coordination.
• Guide integration of AI agents with a range of external tools and services, setting technical direction for robust, scalable integration frameworks.

Minimum requirements:

We are seeking a talented professional with a strong academic background and substantial experience in the field. Ideal candidates will have:

· A bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of related experience, a master's degree with 4 years of related experience, or a PhD with 1 year of related experience.

• Advanced understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and proven familiarity with implementing AI techniques in practical applications, coupled with strong security proficiency.
• Proficiency in MEAN stack, API management and application integration.
• Experience in developing microservices using any of the following: Angular 2.0, Go Lang, Python, Node JS, Java, Restful Services.
• An excellent understanding of Agile and Dev Sec Ops practices and toolsets.
• proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and extensive hands-on experience with relational, in-memory, and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB.
• A demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder engagement and foster a collaborative environment.
• The capability to onboard and coach others, contributing to a culture of growth and learning.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, coupled with strong analytical thinking and an innovative mindset

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with cloud services such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure.

• AWS Professionals, Gen AI Black belt.

• Previous supply chain / ERP knowledge.

• Data science green belt, Security green belt.

• Docker & Kubernetes.

• Certified Scrum Master with a strong Agile mindset.

• Enterprise Data management.

• Good Time management skills and personal branding awareness.

• Excellent Understanding of Supply/Demand Planning, Sourcing, Contract Manufacturing ecosystem and supply chain business.

• Experience with REACT, RPA technologies, Oracle, Mongo, Snowflake.

• Advanced prompt engineering skills.

• Over 5 years of experience with full-stack development, design, and technically leading application development.

· Certifications in Java, DB, Cloud, AWS and AI/ML.
