Your Impact

As an Electrical Product Engineer, you will play a key role in product development and sustainment. You will:

• Review design and architecture from DFM, component technology, and EOL perspectives.

• Provide technical support during NPI for prototype builds, ensuring cost and quality targets are met.

• Manage change management activities during sustainment and work towards meeting factory and field quality metrics.

• Drive value engineering activities to improve cost margins.

• Support supply chain continuity and resiliency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Very good understanding of electronic product design and architecture.

• Good knowledge of hardware interfaces (e.g., High-speed serial interfaces, PCIE, Ethernet, SATA, I2C).

• Familiarity with PCB design, stack-ups, and Allegro; knowledge of Valor and DFM is a plus.

• Experience in PCBA manufacturing, system build, and NPI process.

• Understanding of product development process from concept to launch phase.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive deliverables to closure.

• Leadership skills for complex issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Design tool proficiency in DFx, schematic, CAD, and other CAE tools.

• Knowledge and application of industry innovations and trends to products or programs.

• Experience in technical lifecycle management, including defect reduction and new component qualification.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in design diagnostic analysis.

• Proficiency in creating, analyzing, and releasing product documentation.

• Experience in manufacturing process and FMEA; design FMEA.
