Meet the Team:
The German Cisco Renewals Team is a dynamic and international team that brings excitement to the company every day. We partner closely with the Sales Organization, and we connect Cisco customers with solutions that can transform their businesses and change the world for the better. This team is looking for a Working Student to support the Renewals Manager (RM) Team in overall business planning. This role resides in the Customer Experience organization, one of Cisco’s fastest growing teams that delivers profitable growth throughout the customer lifecycle with a series of selling motions to drive higher value and efficient experience from Cisco solutions. The Renewals Team plays a critical role within Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) process, focusing on driving high renewal rates and delivering an exceptional customer renewal experience.
Your Impact
As an intern in Cisco’s CX EMEA Germany Theater Renewals Team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the end-to-end contract renewal process and gain hands-on experience supporting the team’s daily operations. You will develop foundational skills in renewal management, data analysis, and the use of industry-leading tools while working alongside cross-functional teams. Your contributions will help ensure smooth renewal operations and continuous improvement, giving you valuable exposure to a dynamic business environment.
In this role, you will:

Assist Renewal Managers and Specialists in managing the full renewal lifecycle and generating renewal quotes to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Analyze installed base data and maintain accurate renewal opportunity records to support effective contract management.

Participate in customer communications and collaborate with sales & customer success teams to meet customer needs and understand renewal processes.

Manage renewal opportunities using Salesforce CRM and support data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Attend training sessions, track renewal metrics, and contribute to campaigns that drive renewals and software growth within the team.
Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing & Sales, Networking/IT or related fields

Good communication skills in both German and English

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Must be able to legally live and work in Germany, without visa support or sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications

Strong interest in customer experience, sales operations, or contract management.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and eagerness to learn.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Interest to learn sales processes and passion for new technologies

Experience using AI tools in a business or academic setting.
