Your Impact

• Lead the transformation of hardware design by developing and deploying autonomous AI agents in complex design environments.

• Identify and automate manual processes, driving improvements in design health, verification, and documentation workflows.

• Build scalable frameworks that enable multiple AI agents to collaborate on high-value engineering tasks.

• Translate hardware requirements into actionable prompts and agentic logic, ensuring seamless interaction between software and hardware teams.

• Mentor and guide engineers in adopting AI-first practices, amplifying the organizational impact of AI solutions.

• Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.

• Expert-level Python expertise in building tools, integrating APIs, and designing scalable systems.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and building agentic workflows.
• Experience with industry-standard scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, or Shell to integrate AI into legacy environments.
• Experience with backend development.
• Familiarity with Docker or Podman for deploying microservices.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB for data visualization.
• Knowledge of the RTL to GDS flow and the overall ASIC design lifecycle.
