What You'll Do:
As the Leader of Test Development Engineering team within Silicon Operations, you will lead a team of both test and product engineers focused on ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test development and execution. You will provide technical and strategic leadership to drive test program development, yield improvement, and quality initiatives to achieve each project milestones. In this role, you will partner closely with the Cisco ASIC team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful test bring-up, product characterization, reliability assessments, and seamless transition to high-volume production. You will collaboration with Tier-1 OSATs in NPI phase, and support internal operation team with high-volume manufacturing test operations and driving continuous process improvements, including yield improvement, test time reduction and resolution of quality issues. As a people leader, you will guide and support your team members, fostering their growth and ensuring the team’s overall success.
Who You'll Work With:
You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of test and product engineers, collaborating with ASIC design teams in the Central Hardware Group, peer engineering leaders in Silicon Operations, and Cisco Systems NPI teams. You will also build and manage strong relationships with Cisco’s manufacturing partners, overseeing OSAT production test activities and ensuring rapid triage and resolution of any issues. You will interface with senior leadership across Cisco to align test strategies and drive organizational change.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of experience in SOC/VLSI test development, including test bring-up, characterization, and production test management

Proven expertise in Advantest 93000 tester platform for test program development and deployment

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex test, yield, and quality data to identify trends, drive root cause analysis, and define improvement actions.

Demonstrated experience leading teams and projects in a high-volume manufacturing test environment
