Your Impact

You will play a key role as a Software Engineer, leading and optimizing Salesforce and web-based applications to ensure high availability, seamless operations, and alignment with business objectives. You will demonstrate your technical expertise, including AI/ML integrations, to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership, handling advanced issues, guiding the support team, and chipping in to the design and integration of sophisticated Salesforce and AI-powered solutions

  • Act as the primary customer concern point for critical incidents, driving root cause analysis, resolution, and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with product, business, and technical teams to handle raised cases and prioritize solutions.
  • Run sprint planning, delivery timelines and modernization initiatives to ensure timely and efficient software delivery.
  • Monitor case queues, ensuring SLA adherence and effective resolution of issues.
  • Develop, and optimize customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions, projects, and interpersonal goals.
  • Implement AI-powered capabilities to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making within Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain data models, run data import/export processes, and ensure data integrity.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and tools such as Mule Soft.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s Degree program in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ Years of experience in IT Operations and Case management tools
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL best practices in operations support.
  • Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of AI / Generative AI concepts and applications
  • Strong background in full-stack development using technologies such as Node.js, Go, Java, or Python and expertise in frontend technologies including React, Angular, or similar frameworks using Type

Script and JavaScript:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and API integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in production incident management and escalation handling
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado) and modern deployment strategies
