THIS POSITION WILL BE ON-SITE AT THE ACCREDO LOCATION IN CORONA, CA

We are searching for pharmacy technicians who are ready to step into a role that combines excellent communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a strong drive to assist patients. If you've previously worked in Pharmacy Operations, this role will offer you new and exciting challenges. You can expect to take a break from the retail environment, enjoy a set schedule, and find satisfaction in helping others on a larger scale.

• Work Schedule: Monday
• Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

How you’ll make a difference:

• Be a superstar in the eyes of your team and the end patient: Select and retrieve appropriate quantities of medication and prepare the labels that correspond. No need to answer any patient questions as those are answered by another skilled team.

• Use your expert problem solving skills to help our patients be at their best every day: Work with a skilled team in a temperature controlled production environment to ensure patients get the medication they need in a timely manner.

• Create new knowledge with our systems and new relationships with your peers: You’ll start with training, but you’re not doing it alone. You’ll enjoy a supportive environment with your peers and other teams who want you to succeed.

What you should have:

• High School Diploma / GED required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Basic math skills and General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet and email is required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a pharmacy technician preferred, but not required.

• Requires successful registration with the California State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good visual acuity.

• Ability to read and compare and differentiate data.

• Ability to stare/review small medications or bottles for long periods of time.

• Ability to be on feet walking and standing for long periods of time.

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to perform different roles during a shift

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Physical Requirements:

• Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.

• Lift up to 40 lbs.

• Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.

• Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.

• Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.

Please note: This position is fully on‑site and does not permit remote work. Any references to home‑based internet requirements do not apply to this role.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 25 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
