Job Description:
The Claims Associate Representative plays a key role in supporting the assessment and processing of medical, dental, and vision claims for healthcare services. This position involves working closely with both customers and internal teams, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and in line with company guidelines.
We are looking for graduates from Commerce, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences (with minimum 70% passing marks, 2025 pass-outs) having excellent spoken and written English demonstrating analytical aptitude, empathy and problem-solving skills and good judgment and decision-making ability and are eager to learn and grow in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record a claim in case of email/offline submission and upload in the system.
- Review medical documents and make basic decisions regarding claim payments.
- Assist in the evaluation of claims and related requests, verifying necessary information and following standard procedures.
- Ensure that claims processes are recorded accurately and completed within set timelines.
- Respond to basic enquiries from customers, healthcare providers, and team members on claim status and policy-related information.
- Enter and update information in internal systems and maintain accurate documentation as per operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and support colleagues as required.
- Identify any potential process improvements and highlight them to supervisors.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across different shifts (US/UK including weekends and 24x7 operations) based on business needs.
- Carry out additional tasks or projects as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
Required Experience:
- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Comfortable using computers and office applications; quick to pick up new systems and tools.
- Educational background in any discipline, with a preference for candidates with a life science background
