We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team with a focus on enhancing employee engagement, onboarding, and retention. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and will play a crucial role in creating meaningful interactions with our employees.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company, including orientation, training, and necessary paperwork.

Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge their satisfaction, identify concerns, and provide necessary support.

Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute engaging activities that foster team bonding and enhance employee morale.
-
Coordinate and manage birthday and anniversary recognition efforts, including sending personalized emails and organizing small celebrations.

Support the development and execution of exit processes, conducting exit interviews, and identifying trends to enhance retention strategies.

Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in contributing to various HR initiatives.
Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of 1 year working experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR functions with a focus on employee engagement, onboarding, and retention.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement activities and initiatives.

Analytical skills to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, additional language would be a plus point
Please note this is meant to be a maternity leave cover fixed term role.
