Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
Events Management
-
Partner with Sales Enablement and Client Engagement Manager and event agency partner (where relevant) to manage and support Cigna-led and sponsored events.
-
Ensure strong attendance, excellent attendee experience, and achievement of event goals, including lead generation and follow-up opportunities by the commercial team.
-
Optimize our event budget with out of box thinking and mindful spending.
Marketing and Customer Analytics and Performance Reporting
-
Work cross-functionally with business lines, including Digital Lead and APAC Insights Lead, to derive both marketing and customer data.
-
Develop narratives from the marketing and customer data to provide actionable insights to inform our future customer and marketing and client campaigns.
Customer and Industry Research and Proposition Enhancements
-
Collaborate with product and commercial teams to research, survey, and gather feedback from our ecosystem of brokers, clients, members, and providers to elevate the positioning of CCC 2.0.
-
Leverage insights to improve total client experience across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention, and future product proposition enhancements.
Sales Enablement and Customer Engagement Support:
- Support product and customer marketing campaigns, including digital acquisitions and retention/renewals initiatives.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time, in alignment with business needs.

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field.

Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned content and insights for diverse audiences.

Passion for leveraging data and customer feedback to derive actionable insights.

The Management Associate role is a 2-year contract position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion of the 2-year contract.
