Account Manager – 340B Programs
Join Verity Solutions as an Account Manager, where you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing 340B programs for pharmacy partners. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your accounts, combining data-driven insight, strong relationship management, and deep program knowledge to help customers maximize savings, maintain compliance, and achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of pharmacy accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for 340B program support.
- Proactively support purchasing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation activities to ensure accurate and compliant program execution.
- Deliver timely, high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries, anticipating needs, and providing proactive training and guidance.
- Monitor data metrics, data feeds, system settings, and financial results to ensure program optimization and compliance.
- Analyze and communicate program performance, delivering insights and recommendations that drive savings and revenue growth.
- Investigate data anomalies and collaborate cross-functionally to mobilize resources and resolve issues efficiently.
- Plan and deliver recurring trainings, business reviews, and program updates aligned to Verity standards and individual client expectations.
- Utilize department tools and platforms to manage documentation, projects, and account activity effectively.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Verity software features and best practices, taking ownership of ongoing professional development.
- Promote Verity Solutions’ values through positive, professional interactions with customers and internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or SaaS account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead complex or challenging conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- Strong customer focus with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Experience working in a pharmacy environment.
- Experience supporting 340B programs or contract pharmacy operations.
- Comfort working in an environment that requires continuous learning of new software functionality.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64,100 - 106,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
