The Assistant Manager, Marketing Operations plays a key role in enhancing marketing effectiveness across multiple marketing and partnership distribution channels. Reporting to the Head of Channel & Affinity Marketing, this role is responsible for supporting channel marketing strategies and executing initiatives that drive sales performance, strengthen brand presence, and build effective partnerships. The position also provides support to the Chief Customer Officer on cross-team initiatives, project planning, marketing operations, and other strategic projects.
Job Responsibilities

Channel Sales Growth: Develop impactful B2B and B2C integrated marketing campaigns to improve sales effectiveness of channel partners. Ensure initiatives align with channel objectives, maximize revenue opportunities to achieve business targets.

Development of marketing resources: Equip distribution teams and channel partners with relevant marketing tools and materials to enable sustainable channel growth and shared success.

Partnership engagement and management: Coordinate brief development, campaign planning, budget management, and the creation or review of channel marketing materials.

Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track business performance and prepare regular management reports to support governance, KPI monitoring, and budget planning. Provide clear insights and practical recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Partnership Risk Management & Governance: Identify potential risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and well-organized records in line with AML, compliance, and risk management requirements.

Project planning and Marketing Operations: Collaborate closely with different team leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and projects meet budget, timeline, sales objectives, and regulatory or compliance standards.

Cross-team initiatives: Support strategic projects and marketing operations activities that enhance operational efficiency and team effectiveness.

Support other business initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in insurance, operations, analytics, channel sales or marketing, partnership development, or related fields.

Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data interpretation, dashboard development, and performance reporting.

Solid project and resource management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team environment.

Hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing campaign

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, marketing technologies, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools.

Exposure to insurance operations is an advantage.

Demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
