Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and localizing marketing content (English & Arabic) for social media, internal newsletters, collaterals and campaigns
• Support internal communications (e.g., newsletters (primary points), email bulletins, town halls)
• Draft basic messages and scripts for internal announcements and events
• Help manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate with agencies for content publishing
• Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Maintain and audit marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate updates and distribution of materials with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in planning and execution of wellness events and local activations
• Provide logistical support for internal and external events
• Support marketing activities for new product launches, including content updates, event coordination, and internal communication
• Support launching and communicating new digital platforms (website, mobile app, broker portal)
• Support relationship-building activities with our partners (providers, clients, and brokers)
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for approvals and logistics
• Coordinate with PR agencies for campaign execution and needed launches
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and event outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internship experience acceptable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
