The Data Measurement and Reporting Senior Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring access to care through accurate, timely network adequacy measurement and reporting. This role partners closely with compliance, market, and network teams to translate complex regulatory requirements and data into clear insights that inform decisions, mitigate risk, and support members across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own network adequacy measurement and reporting for assigned regions, ensuring regulatory and operational submissions are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on network adequacy requirements, advising compliance and market partners on risks, trends, and remediation strategies.

  • Analyze access-to-care data to identify performance gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Partner with Market Contracting, Regional Network Access, and Market Network Advisors to evaluate network performance and support targeted remediation efforts.

  • Coordinate intake, documentation, and tracking of network adequacy requests, maintaining transparency and accountability across stakeholders.

  • Leverage tools such as Wrike to manage geo-access and network adequacy work, ensuring priorities, timelines, and outcomes are clearly communicated.

  • Support regulatory and market discussions in highly regulated or complex states, contributing sound judgment and data-backed insights.

  • Contribute to initiatives supporting alternative access networks, large provider terminations, and mental health parity monitoring.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with demonstrated exposure to network operations, contracting, analytics, or regulatory compliance.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting or analyzing network adequacy or access-to-care requirements.

  • Experience interpreting healthcare regulations and translating requirements into reporting, analysis, or operational action.

  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting, provider filings, or compliance tracking in a highly regulated environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, executive-ready insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint with comfort working in a data-driven, matrixed environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across internal stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

  • Ability to understand business objectives, supporting technology, and the underlying data required to meet product and operational needs.

  • Knowledge of healthcare professional data structures and interrelationships within regional markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with network adequacy or geo-access tools such as Quest Analytics.

  • Experience using work management tools such as Wrike.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,000 - 188,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
