As part of our Underwriting Operations team, you will directly impact our business on a daily basis, protecting Cigna‘s sound financial position which enables us to meet our financial commitments to our customers.

The Enablement & Operations Senior Analyst role will be responsible for client implementation and contracting for renewing and new sales Commercial clients. The role’s main focus will be client implementation which includes pricing set-up and contract approval responsibilities. Other functions may include ensuring data repositories are updated in a timely and accurate manner, improving capture of key data elements, and accuracy of intended pricing into systems. The Senior Analyst will ultimately perform tasks related to set-up and ongoing maintenance of client pricing implementation, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The Senior Analyst will be required to gain in-depth knowledge of the PBM Industry and Express Scripts specific implementation methods.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for renewing and new sales client implementation and ensuring downstream partners set-up the pricing correctly

  • Responsible for reviewing and approving client agreements to ensure the contract is in alignment with the implementation.

  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure the implementation is in alignment with the offer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred

  • 0-3 Years of Underwriting, Contracting, Finance, Operations or relevant work experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

  • Ability to make good and timely decisions by interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Innovative and creative mindset to drive process efficiencies for the organization

  • Strong motivation to persevere despite challenges

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong ability with Microsoft Office and Excel

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,400 - 97,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
