Responsibilities

In this role, you'll make a measurable impact by:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or contract management
  • Proven ability to manage complex licensing projects and regulatory audits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field
  • Advanced degree or industry-specific expertise (e.g., pharmaceuticals)
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks

Position Details

We are hiring two Legal Compliance Senior Analysts. One person will sit in Grove City, Ohio and the other will sit in Newark, Delaware. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Compensation

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,800 - 104,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
