About the Role:

The Data Measurement & Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for executing analytical tasks, building, and maintaining reporting, and ensuring measurement accuracy across platforms and operational datasets. In this role, you will operate with independence, sound judgment, and strong analytical capability to validate data integrity, identify trends, and support operational and business decision‑making.

  • Analyze datasets and build reporting dashboards

What You Need to Do the Job:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years relevant experience

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Ability to perform complex data analysis using statistical methods, segmentation, benchmarking, variance analysis, cohort comparisons, diagnostic analysis, and root-cause evaluations. ‑cause evaluations.
  • Expertise with advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Power Pivot, nested formulas, array functions, LOOKUP functions, logical constructs, data modeling, automation through macros).
  • Ability to build dynamic, user‑friendly models and troubleshoot formulas or data integrity issues.
  • Ability to write efficient queries (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations) to extract, transform, and validate data from relational databases.
  • Strong capability in validating measurement rules, identifying anomalies, performing reconciliation checks, building audit scripts, and ensuring consistent metric definitions across platforms.
