  • Proactively identify data integrity issues, investigate anomalies, and drive cross‑functional root‑cause resolution.
  • Architect new reporting solutions aligned with evolving business requirements and enterprise measurement strategies.
  • Advance automation efforts leveraging SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Alteryx, and other analytic tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serve as a SME (subject matter expert) in pharmacy claims data structures, CCW, PHRMRDS, and downstream reporting impacts.
  • Lead or significantly contribute to project‑based initiatives (e.g., reporting modernization, metric framework redesign, new data asset development).
  • Translate business needs into well‑defined technical requirements and design scalable data solutions.
  • Partner with IT, Data Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of reporting strategies.
  • Provide clear, well‑structured communication of complex metrics, methodologies, and data definitions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Develop high‑quality documentation, SOPs, and reporting governance assets.
  • Present insights and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships across Pharmacy Management and enterprise teams.
