With increasing challenges in regulatory requirements, security threats, and customer expectations, we are growing and have exciting opportunities ahead.
How You Will Contribute:
- Lead end-to-end project management for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate across Security, IT, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align priorities.
- Identify risks and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Optimize resource allocation for maximum project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and metrics to management and executive teams, showcasing improvements in security posture.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and governance.
- Build and foster cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and successful project delivery.
The Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 6+ years of proven project management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or information security.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile coaching principles.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Office 365 for project management and documentation.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO standards.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
- Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or CSP-SM.
The Assets:
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Experience managing diverse teams of cybersecurity professionals.
- Proven track record of delivering results in Agile project environments.
