CALL Field Service Coordinator:
Join VitalCALL, a leader in providing personal alert devices and part of Chubb Fire and Security, as a valued member of our Service Delivery team. You’ll work within a supportive office-based team supporting a group of field-based VitalCALL Installers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, attention to detail, and an ability to work collaboratively with both colleagues and contractors.
About the opportunity:In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming calls from installers, creating, checking and activating monitoring accounts, auditing completed work, raising purchase orders, invoicing, and collaborating with other departments to help achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Handle inbound calls within Field Service KPIs.
- Provide caring and professional service to installers and their contacts, assisting with any issues to ensure smooth installations.
- Perform daily audits to confirm products and services are correctly invoiced.
- Help resolve customer service agreement issues within Service Delivery KPIs.
- Assist with monthly reporting requirements.
We are looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service position involving both administrative tasks and phone-based support.
- A focus on customer satisfaction and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills with internal departments and contractors.
- Knowledge of Pronto, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
