Project Manager – Electronic Security

Location: Perth, WA

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex electronic security projects across commercial, defence, and government sectors throughout WA, with a strong focus on the Perth Metro region.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of electronic security projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. Your role will include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and completion of security system installations including alarms, access control, CCTV, and integrated solutions
  • Coordinating internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Monitoring project performance and implementing best practices to optimise outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in project management within the Electronic Security or related technical field
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Australian Citizenship (required for Defence-related projects)
  • WA Security License and ability to obtain NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
