About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Account Manager to expand our market presence in fire protection systems. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving new sales opportunities, and supporting technical engagements across commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Execute sales plans for our full range of fire safety products in Singapore.
  • Proactively hunt for new customers and achieve yearly sales targets.
  • Build market share and drive brand awareness across key industry sectors.
  • Negotiate and manage service agreements (SA) and ad‑hoc jobs in line with company pricing policies.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in generating new business and onboarding clients.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, and fire contractors.
  • Maintain excellent rapport with existing customers, especially key accounts.
  • Work closely with the project team to address system issues and support ongoing works.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team objectives.

Technical Competencies

  • Interpret Fire Alarm / Fire Protection schematic diagrams.
  • Possess solid technical knowledge of fire alarm and protection systems.
  • Understand fire safety products/solutions and Singapore Standards Code of Practice.

General Requirements

  • Able to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
