I- Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee project management and site supervision for all assigned jobs, including cost control, manpower allocation, and ensuring all work is completed according to the contract terms with clients.
• Attend site meetings to monitor project status, making sure Chubb’s interests are protected and ensuring that meeting minutes related to Chubb’s work are accurate.
• Work closely with Architects and Consultants to provide accurate updates on work progress, technical compliance with specifications, and variation claims.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site, aligned with project progress and within the project budget.
• Coordinate with all parties involved on-site to resolve any issues.
• Ensure that all rectification work meets the contract specifications.
• You may be assigned other duties in the Fire Safety department or any other department as needed.

II- Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in fire protection for the construction industry, with experience working with LTA.
• Computer literate and a good team player.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels.
