Summary
Chobani Information Technology is seeking a motivated and curious Associate, Digital Solutions & Automation to support the creation and adoption of digital business applications across the enterprise.
This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with an interest in business process improvement, low-code development, and applied technology.
The Associate will partner with business teams to identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and spreadsheet-based workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot-enabled tools.
Responsibilities
Digital Application Development & Automation
-
Design, build, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

Create automations using Power Automate to streamline approvals, notifications, and data movement.

Leverage Microsoft Copilot tools to accelerate development and documentation.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and are maintainable over time.
Business Partnership & Opportunity Identification
-
Partner with business users across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, and other functions.

Identify opportunities to replace manual, spreadsheet-based processes with digital solutions.

Translate business needs into clear, simple application requirements.
-
Help prioritize requests based on business value and effort.
Digital Asset Ownership & Maintenance
-
Maintain and enhance applications and automations over time.
-
Provide basic user support and troubleshooting.
-
Create documentation, training materials, and demos to support adoption.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field required.

Relevant coursework or academic projects involving low-code tools or automation preferred.
Technical & Analytical Skills
-
Exposure to or strong interest in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
-
Interest in AI-assisted productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Joule, etc.
-
Comfort working with data in Dataverse and similar database tools.

Comfort working with data in spreadsheets and basic data concepts.
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communication & Mindset
-
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.

Curiosity about how business processes work.

Strong desire to learn, grow, and build hands-on experience.

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives.

The salary range for this full-time position is $56,000.00 - $88,550.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

To help save for the future, all employees are eligible for a 401k match of 100% on up to 5% of eligible pay. To support growing families, we provide fertility and childcare assistance, and 12 weeks of parental leave at full pay after six months of continuous employment.
