Summary

The Fruit Room Operator is responsible for performing tasks in the Fruit Room, as assigned by the lead and/or supervisor.

Responsibilities

- Understand all safety procedures

- Understand and comply SQF, HACCP and GMP standards

- Be able to perform assigned task(s) safely and efficiently

- Keep up-to-date and accurate information on all paperwork and/or production forms

- Understand HMI monitors and be able to operate Boccard system

- Be able to diagnose and acknowledge alarms

- Must follow SOP and Sanitary rules

- Must be flexible with schedule

Must be able to multitask and perform with minimal supervision

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Basic computer skills

- Production experienced or ability to learn

- Forklift experience or ability to learn

- Ability to communicate with other operators and lead

The salary range for this full-time position is $24.25 - $30.75, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
