Project & Process Excellence

  • Develop and continuously refine program management frameworks that ensure efficiency, predictability, and high-quality execution.

  • Establish consistent communication rhythms, clear documentation, and timely feedback loops across all workstreams.

  • Own 360 timelines, milestones, and cross-team interdependencies to ensure seamless execution from strategy through delivery.

Sports & Soccer Operations Integration

  • Translate the realities of sports calendars, partner obligations, player/talent windows, and seasonal moments into actionable, integrated project plans.

  • Partner with the Sports Partnerships team to track rights usage, approvals, deadlines, and activation opportunities.

Quality, Consistency & Continuous Improvement

  • Protect the integrity of the soccer platform, ensuring consistency across all outputs and channels.

  • Identify process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improved speed and quality.

  • Build and share best practices that elevate how Chobani shows up in sports culture.

Key Traits

  • Deep understanding of sports and/or soccer ecosystems

  • Elite communicator and relationship-builder

  • Highly organized, structured thinker with a bias toward action

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-channel programs with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong financial and resource management skills

  • Demonstrated success developing processes that improve organizational performance

  • Ability to manage external partners, negotiate scopes, and deliver excellence under tight timelines
