  • Business Partnership – Partner with Operations leadership to consult on talent selection, talent development, and performance management. Make recommendations for HR programs & initiatives to support strategic business objectives and drive a culture of people excellence.
  • Recruitment & Staffing– Partner with business leaders on the design & execution of staffing strategies to ensure Chipotle France is staffed and stable. Be the subject matter expert in Chipotle’s applicant tracking system, monitor application flow, and suggest strategies to enhance employment brand.
  • Talent Planning & Development – Facilitate people planning sessions to identify talent gaps, future bench, and at risk performers. Collaborate with Operations on people development needs & themes, and assist with development plans to improve performance and readiness of talent.
  • Positive Employee Relations– Champion an inclusive, respectful, and safe work culture where employees thrive and model Chipotle’s purpose and values. Consult with business leaders on employee issues, investigations, and make recommendation for the appropriate course of action to mitigate risks. Be an advocate for both the employee and the business. Be flexible in supporting hands-on when the situations calls for it.
  • Administration & Compliance– Ensure compliance in execution of all HR processes, including employment contracts and contract amendments, performance and disciplinary procedures, training plans & career progression meetings. Make recommendations on methods to improve and optimise current HR processes to ensure compliance, and put plans in place to execute.
