Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. is accepting online applications for the position of HSE Specialist - Field Operations - North Pailin located in GOT North Pailin Offshore Field through **March 5, 2026 **(11:59 PM Thailand Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Advise and facilitate to develop annual Site-Specific OE plan; monitor and provide feedback on effective implemented program to field leaders.

• Provide HES coverage for O&M, COG, FE, logistics and other teams who perform work in that facility by conducting safeguard verification with crew and provide analysis insights to prevent high consequence incidents.

• Provide HES technical support to project activity, planned shutdown, etc.

• Support and conduct field contractor inspection, pre-mobilization of contractors according to contractor management process

• Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental processes comply with Thailand law and company policy.

• Facilitate incident investigation & learning events and sharing of best practices and lessons learned

• Be a safety officer at facilities, conduct drills, maintain station bills, evaluate competencies of EMT - SH&WEC (Jor-Por) secretary, prepare agencies report, and accompanies agencies for inspection.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HES-related fields in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health, and Safety.

• Certified Safety Professional. (จป.วิชาชีพ)

• HES Experience in oil and gas industry.

• Fluent in OEMS, risk assessment, safeguard verification, assurance activities, audit.

• Strong influencing skills to implement processes, standard, and requirements in organization to improve OE performance.

• Competent to fulfill Safety Officer role to advise and support facility emergency response team.

• Demonstrates We Lead behaviors.

• Good command of English language in listening, speaking, and writing.
