About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead - Accounts Payable.This role will be based in6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages the company's accounting services and processes.  This Job Category includes accounting positions embedded in BUs, in Corporate Departments, and GBS Finance.
• Manages group and employee work to align with corporate/department objectives. Direct reports are typically individual contributors.

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting or related course

• Minimum of ten (10) years overall work experience in finance, accounting or auditing.

• Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes

• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Strong analytical, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills

• Amenable to work for the first 6 months on a rotation of day and night shifts to build working relationship with Senior AP Manager and the rest of the AP Leadership Team.
