About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a IUAS System Support & MEC Analyst.This role will be based in6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Level 1 Support:

  • Provides day-to-day support to JDE Level 1 inquiries, incidents, issues and/or service requests.

  • Performs JDE data maintenance (eg. Business unit and account creation, CCN creation, JVM set-up, AAI, Revaluation), and resolve master data integrity issues by working with the Business Unit, other SMEs, ERP and PAD support where required.

  • Conducts testing with other FSS Manila teams and Upstream SAP Team for new transactions in line with business requirements.

  • Analyzes business processes to identify opportunities for improvement to processes and systems.

  • Collaborates with Digital CoE team, IT Level 2 or Global JDE team on new JDE standardization / enhancement initiatives, test and implementation. Communicate any process changes to Finance Users. Communicate findings back to Level 2 Support.

  • Conducts JDE 101 trainings and Foreign Currency Accounting to FSS Manila users

Month-End Close Coordination:

  • Run Integrity reports, coordinates with users for exceptions analysis, and issue resolution.

  • Performs Revaluation, Joint Venture Cycle, and SAP transmission reporting to US corporate Finance team.

  • Reviews and updates MEC schedule and coordinate MEC activities with stakeholders to ensure timely performance of processes.

  • Tracks progress of MEC activities, follow up with users who are behind schedule, provide support if necessary.

  • Maintains MEC metrics and conduct lookback process for any process breakdown during MEC.

  • Performs JDE to SAP Reconciliation to ensure integrity of data in both ERP systems.

  • Indonesia Financial Forecast, Analysis and Reporting (FFAR)

  • Performs monthly/quarterly reporting, analysis, and commentaries on

  • Earnings and cash flow

  • Production volume

  • Operating and C&E expenditure

  • Profit indicator and periodic financial forecasting

  • Deferred Tax calculation, Effective Tax Rate analysis including Quarterly TBBS review

  • Quarterly Provision, Restricted Assets, Balance Sheet Reviews

  • Coordinating the Quarterly Significant and Unique Item (SUI) reporting process

Conducts quarterly accounts reconciliation for Deferred Tax Accounts The role requires close coordination with IBU on business drivers and transactions the reports.
Performs the following annual activities:

  • Year-end reporting (SMOG, Environmental Protection, Table Oil & Gas, etc.)

  • Annual Budgeting (Business Plan Model, Waterfall analysis, and sensitivity)

  • ARO review

  • ASC 740 – FAS109 Tax Reporting

  • Balance Sheet & Income Statement variance commentaries

  • Assistance in preparation of the local audited financial statements

  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
