This is a position providing operations maintenance work for entire plant.

Safe Operations

  • Ensures job safety analysis (JSA) for all maintenance work performed in the Plant. Maintain a JSA inventory.
  • Generates interest in critical safety behavior program (CSB) and review and follow up on the findings.
  • Participates in work permit audit review (WOPAR) to highlight safety concerns.
  • Responsible for good housekeeping in the Workshop and Plant.
  • Responsible for Safe Work Practices in all maintenance jobs and critical lifts .

Reliability and Efficiency:

  • Participate annual Plant Turnaround (TA) planning and scheduling, including safety performance, detailed planning, budget and quality of the TA..
  • Carry out all the preventive maintenance activities, which are listed on preventive maintenance and periodic check tank, pump, motor and steam system
  • Provide routine maintenance inspection to ensure the plant facilities working properly.
  • Responds to unplanned equipment failure during and after office hour.
  • Assist maintenance lead to manage the plant measure device, finish the periodic calibration and hose management.

Third Party Services:

  • Manage and coordinate with Contractors maintenance activities in the plant.
  • Incident investigation
  • Participate maintenance related incident investigation.
  • Follows up with maintenance related recommendations.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Maintenance Work Management (MWM)

  • Responsible for receiving, planning, and scheduling work orders.
  • Responsible for analyzing bad actors and studying long-term solutions to improve equipment reliability.
  • Update and develop Maintenance procedures.

CAPEX Projects Execution:

  • Working as Project Manager to execute the assigned CAPEX projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to review and approve the design drawings.
  • Supervise construction job sites and monitor the quality of construction work.
  • Coordinate 3D model review for process-related projects.
  • Participate in PSSR walkdowns.

MRO and Services Purchasing:

  • Responsible for making MRO and Services purchasing orders, ensuring cost element matching the MGC.
  • Manage orders through SMART GEP.
  • Accept the goods and services, verify the invoice tax rate, and submit payment requests.

Warehouse Management

  • Manage Maintenance Spare Parts Warehouse
  • Cost Reduction / Opex Management
  • Responsible for planning the annual OPEX budget against the established PM tasks and anticipated CM tasks.
  • Track monthly OPEX and adjust the expense spending accordingly.

5S AND Competitive Performance

  • Accomplish Opex savings through initiating new technical solutions, negotiating contract prices, and simplifying workflows.
  • Encourage in-house contract workers to raise ideas on competitive performance, safety and quality concerns.

Job Requirement:

  • Technical secondary’s Degree or above.
  • Be familiar with equipment work mechanism and ability to repair equipment malfunctions and failures
  • Over 5 years’ working experience for mechanical or E&I related work.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Be able to inspire contract workers to grow and raise problem solving initiatives
  • Manage Spare Parts Warehouse.
  • Positive working attitude and high accountability.
  • With both oral & written English skill is preferred.
