About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Solutions Developer - Copilot Studio. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and Service Now
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
-
Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.
About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
-
Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment
-
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
-
Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.
-
Experience developing low-code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
-
Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions.
-
Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI
-
Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
-
Ability to apply best practices in low code development
-
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferrred Qualifications:
-
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
-
Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
-
Prior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform.
-
Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
-
Experience with Human Resources processes and employee self-service solutions
