About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Solutions Developer - Copilot Studio. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and Service Now

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.

• Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).

• Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.

• Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.

• Experience developing low-code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI

• Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.

• Ability to apply best practices in low code development

• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferrred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.

• Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Prior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform.

• Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.

• Experience with Human Resources processes and employee self-service solutions
