Chevron (Thailand) Limited is accepting online applications for the position of **Lead Operator - Bangkok Terminal (Bulk Lead Operator)**located in Bangkok, Thailand through March 31, 2026 (11:59 PM Thailand time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Lead the operation shift team in critical operations involving marine and truck fuels & lubricants product receiving, underground pipeline product transfer, tank truck loading and tank farm operations in compliance with OE (Operational Excellence) and local requirements

• Serve as the emergency response team leader and oversee the security system and taskforce in port and terminal

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering, Science, Supply Chain Operations, or any related field

• Good command in English communications, TOEIC score at least 600 or equivalent

• Able to lead operation shift teams in marine and truck receiving, tank farm operations including coordination and compliance with safety and environmental standards, and associated risk mitigation practices, inventory management, valve control, and emergency protocols

• Deliver day-to-day operation works with Operational Excellence (OE) standards and able to demonstrate implementation of OE requirements across all operational areas

• Demonstrate leadership and execute emergency response team, including drills, incident command, and post-incident reviews

• Experience in managing terminal and port security systems, including surveillance, access control, and contractor compliance

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and communicating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Able to work as a shift, work outdoors and work at height

• Able to adapt Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital tools and software in operations

• Having a license of Oil terminal and Pipeline transportation operator approved by Department of Energy Business, Thailand (DOEB) is a plus
