Manages Finance’s digital development program and projects, including: developing new process designs; proof of concept pilots; integration with broader enterprise efforts (e.g. Project LEAP); digital project management; building digital fluency within the Finance function; advancing a hiring and development strategy that supports digitalization.

Supports medium sized clients/customers and makes significant contributions to more complex projects under periodic supervision. General knowledge of the work function and Chevron’s practices.
Responsible for delivering the enterprise's reporting requirements. The team's focus is on analyzing the company's performance from various perspectives, including absolute performance, performance against peers, and performance based on value delivered. In addition to mastering the fundamentals of data and report construction, the team must also grasp and continuously learn business terminologies and metrics. Digital fluency is essential, complemented by strong business acumen and financial proficiency.
