The Global Business Center (GBS), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, with more than 1,800 employees, provides solutions in the areas of Finance, IT, Downstream, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal and Audit to the global organization and is launching its Internship Program.

The selected candidates will join the GBS BA HR team.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

• Registration and cancellation of AFIP and social security.
• Administrative management of corporate benefits (prepaid medicine, insurance, pension plan, among others).
• Induction and orientation of new employees (onboarding) and offboarding activities.
• Participation in ad-hoc projects in conjunction with the different areas of the company.

Requirements:

• Advanced students of Human Resources & Business Administration.
• Handling of Office Package.
• Fluent in written and oral English.

Hours per week: 20 hours.
Internship duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months.
Location: Puerto Madero, CABA
