SALES & STOCK SUPPORT – BOUTIQUE KNOKKE

fixed-term contract 6 months full-time

In this position you will support the KNOKKE Boutique by supporting administrative and back-of-house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE:

• Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from clients, Boutique Management, colleagues and Head Office

• Support on the shop floor as needed, apply CHANEL standards of customer service including welcoming clients, presenting new collections, escorting clients to the door as appropriate

• Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and Boutique Management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required

• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels

• Accurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely manner

• Work effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each area and staff room

BACK-OF-HOUSE

• Assist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts, consolidation, etc.)

• Execute after-sales tasks (send sales, repairs, etc.)

• Ensure inventory integrity and organization at all times

• Partner with Fashion Advisors to ensure back of House organization

• Take ownership of stockroom organization and maintenance

BOUTIQUE SUPPLIES

• Ensure that back-office areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

• Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked

• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels

Position Requirements:

• Successful experience in retail operation and/or stock experience in luxury environment/Fashion

• Knowledge of shipping and back-office experience will be considered a strong asset

• Passion for client experience, details, fashion and luxury

• You are a self-driven, positive, and independent person

• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics

• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus

• Living in or around Knokke and full-time available during the period April to October
