Your role at Chanel:

As a Beauty Confidant, you will embody the values of the Brand by creating a unique and personal one-to-one client experience in-store.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

You will generate maximum sales volume while providing superior client service and relate to customer needs ensuring repeat sales and loyal customers.

• You will provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy and sincerity;

• You will extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations;

• You will use your selling skills that relates to customer needs;

• You will achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account;

• You will increase the customer base and build business for the future;

• You will build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.

• Superior client service skills, demonstrated through interest, courtesy, and sincerity;

• Ability to provide exceptional client care during consultations;

• Effective selling skills that relate to customer needs;

• Experience in achieving sales goals (especially for Fragrance & Beauty accounts);

• Ability to increase the customer base and build business for the future;

• Strong communication skills for building in-store business relationships;

• Passion for delivering the ultimate luxury client experience;

• Motivation to achieve sales plans;
