  • Hybrid: up to 2 days/week remote, subject to activity and manager approval
  • Travel: monthly to England; occasional international travel

REPORTING LINE: Head of Agentic & Process Automation, Global Finance Lab (within Global Finance)

Contra Ct :

  • 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD), full-time
  • Start date: March 2026
  • Potential extension depending on performance and business needs

CONTEXTE:

Within Global Finance (Direction Générale Finances), the Global Finance Lab – Agentic & Process Automation accelerates adoption and effective use of CHANEL technologies and shares best practices with peers to support Finance transformation, process harmonization, Single Source of Truth (SSOT) data flows, and ESG initiatives driven by Finance. We leverage innovative low-code/no-code automation and agentic technologies (e.g., Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, Share Point, internal conversational agents) to save time and improve service quality for Global Finance teams (primarily in London and Luxembourg), and across Regions and Divisions. The Lab Team has delivered over one hundred automation projects.
In close collaboration with Global Process Owners, Finance teams, and CHANEL TECH contributors, we improve day-to-day operations through:

  • Continuous technology watch and value assessment
  • Acculturation to successful no-/low-code solutions
  • Business framing and specifications to confirm potential ROI
  • Proofs of Concept (POCs) and mock-ups
  • In some cases, transfer to build teams for industrialization

What you will do:

  • Organize, prepare, facilitate, and synthesize meetings, workshops, coaching sessions and events with makers and key stakeholders across Global, Regions, and Divisions (priority focus on Global teams in London/Luxembourg).
  • Own and animate the community of champions: create and share communications that promote best practices, successful use cases, and effective prompts for conversational agents—primarily via the communication site.
  • Own the communication site: keep Share Point content fresh and useful; coordinate Teams posts or a monthly newsletter when relevant.
  • Support the preparation and synthesis of studies led by the Lab (business requirements, specification documents) and peer exchanges with external partners.
  • Contribute to acculturation and training workshops on proven techniques (e.g., Power Query, Copilot for Microsoft 365, internal conversational agents).
  • Collect ideas, follow-up qualification of business value and evaluation of potential ROI for new processes suitable for automation, specific agents, or conversational agent scenarios.
  • Contribute to updating and enriching the tools used to track trained makers, their progress, and the use cases delivered. Take part in the consolidation and reporting of the team’s achievements and those of the trained makers.

Indicative time allocation

  • Community animation and communication: 40%
  • Functional framing and ROI evaluation: 40%
  • Acculturation/training: 20%
  • Prototyping (POCs/mock-ups): possibility to build depending of the appetite and needs

Stakeholders you’ll collaborate with

  • Global Process Owners and Global Finance teams (London/Luxembourg)
  • Global Finance Lab team members (internal consultants)
  • CHANEL TECH contributors
  • Regional/divisional champions
  • If relevant external peers and partners (including Microsoft)

What you bring … Must-have:

  • 4–6 years of experience in business/process consulting or digital transformation (Finance is a plus)
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills: workshops, community animation, and content creation (Share Point/Teams/newsletters)
  • Fluent professional English and French; comfortable in an international, matrix environment
  • Solid conversational AI culture: prompt engineering, agentic patterns, benefits vs. risks awareness
  • Ownership mindset for the community of champions and the communication site
  • Ability to get hands-on and build simple POCs with guidance, learning fast on Microsoft low-code/AI tools

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Practical hands-on with Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power Query (able to build simple POCs)
  • Finance domain exposure (P2P, O2C, R2R, Tax, Treasury)
  • Knowledge of Share Point, Power Apps, Copilot Studio
  • Experience running newsletters and/or webinars

You are energized by :

  • Communication and knowledge sharing
  • The use of chatbots and prompt engineering
  • Teamwork
  • Navigating a Matrix Organization
  • Technology watch
  • Change management
  • A sense of service
