Reporting to the People & Organisation (P%O) General Manager, Malaysia, the P&O Partner will embody our aspirations to create conditions for our people to cultivate their unique potential, united with a shared sense of purpose to establish an environment where our employees’ strengths can be leveraged and continue to grow and thrive. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of P&O services across an employee’s lifecycle. The role balances operational execution with strategic insight. The ability to resolve complex people issues, implement effective P&O programs, and provide data driven insights empowers leaders to make informed decisions and cultivates a culture of fairness, growth and compliance.
This role plays a vital role in managing essential P&O processes to delivering P&O services – from onboarding, mobility all the way through to retirement. Managing the critical P&O processes such as data management, benefits administration, and employment documentation. The attention to detail and proactive support ensure that every employee receive accurate, timely assistance at each stage of their career. By handing complex maters and supporting employees as they transition into retirement, this role is integral to maintain compliance, foster a positive employee experience, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organisation.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANELAs the backbone of efficient P&O service delivery, managing critical P&O processes, maintaining accurate data, and commitment to process excellence to directly enhance both the employee experience and organisational compliance:
- Ensure smooth and seamless employee experience journey by expertly handling the processes to enable employee to focus on their roles, confident their needs are in capable hands.
- Ensure adherence to local legislation laws and internal policies, proactively identifying and addressing any compliance risks. Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness across P&O function.
- Enable organisational efficiency by streamlining processes, suggesting improvements, and maintaining organised systems.
- Support positive employee experience as the first point of contact for the various P&O matters, deliver prompt, reliable services and building trust and satisfaction among employees at every stage of their career.
- Ensure consistent service delivery to the employees, accurate support for their P&O needs, improving trust and satisfaction.
- Leverage data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and provide actionable insights. Plays a key role in supporting HRBPs and leaders with workforce analytics, reporting, and data modelling, especially on OD and change projects.
- Share regular external market insights and internal people data / trends to facilitate decision making around our people.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Good experience with core P&O processes such as, onboarding, data management, work visa requirements, payroll support, benefits administration, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, troubleshoot issues, answer employee questions and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Proven track record of managing sensitive data and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Sound experience in analytical and process competence in using data, reporting and systems to inform decisions and improve processes.
- An innovative mindset, able to demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking with the courage to experiment and test new ways of doing things.
- Skilled in using HR technology and data to process information and generate reports/insights, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships & partnerships with people from different levels in the organisation and with different styles.
- Growth mindset with eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into future roles within the House.
