As the Visual Merchandising Project Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing to execute the Global Visual Merchandising Guidelines with a focus on local relevance, image and commerciality.

You will use your expertise and initiative to influence the visual presence across the business in multiple activities, ranging from providing strategic visual merchandising advice to working on marketing and branding activities with our partners. You will manage the budget and develop merchandise and promotional collateral to further enhance the client experience across PL and CZ and SK.

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation and optimization of the international merchandising strategy in terms of image and customer experience for Eastern Europe markets in accordance with the corporate identity
  • Monitoring the Visual Merchandising of the boutiques, photo reports and regular visits, ensuring guidelines are followed, and VM standards are met and exceeded
  • Ability to understand a commercial strategy and inject it while following the VM guidelines (cross merchandising/stock optimization)
  • Coordination of projects concerning innovative merchandising concepts and responsibility for their implementation in cooperation with the management, sales, international merchandising team as well as our trading partners and suppliers
  • Continuous optimization of the creation of channel-specific visual merchandising guidelines (planograms, slides, occupancy plans) as well as responsibility for the conception and implementation of all assortment updates at the POS
  • Strategic and content-related planning by forecasting and order management in close coordination with supply chain
  • Responsibility for the merchandising budget in consultation with the Marketing Manager F&B
  • Monitoring and analysis of the competition as well as communication of current trends at the POS to the partner departments and the international headquarters
  • Developing competences of Wholesale and Retail sales teams regarding visual merchandising by conducting training and coaching directly at sales points
  • Regular visits to the sales points of our Partners and the Brand's own boutiques

Our requirements:

  • Relevant professional experience in (visual) merchandising on the manufacturer or trade side ideally within Luxury Beauty sector
  • Knowledge in the field of interior design/shopfitting would be an advantage
  • The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels, and across all departments and across cultures. You will also have a natural affinity for luxury brands and strong brand management awareness
  • Strong understanding of corporate design and brand standards
  • Negotiation and communication skills as well as analytical competence
  • Very good written and spoken English is a must
  • The ability to plan and prioritize your own work
  • A responsible, independent and proactive attitude
