About the role

Integrated within a CHANEL Fashion Boutique in Marbella, you operate in a demanding and constantly evolving environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you play a key role in securing cash desk operations while contributing to a seamless and elevated client experience for both local and international clients.At the heart of the purchase journey, you combine rigor, reliability and service excellence, ensuring that every transaction reflects CHANEL’s standards of trust and precision.

  • You ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance across all cash desk operations, safeguarding both the brand and the client.

  • You act as a reference within the team, supporting the proper application of rules and procedures.

What you will be responsible for

  • Executing all cash register transactions in strict compliance with CHANEL procedures and legal requirements.
  • Managing daily opening and closing of the cash desk, including controls and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring secure processing of all payment methods in line with House standards.
  • Following up on specific transactions (policy on sale, bank transfers, etc.) and escalating when needed.
  • Acting as a relay within the team to ensure clear communication and proper application of rules and procedures.
  • Contributing to a smooth collaboration with boutique teams to guarantee a flawless client journey.

What you will bring

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Cashier, ideally within fashion or luxury.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus in an international environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Confidence with digital tools and cash register systems.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
  • A client‑oriented mindset combined with discretion and reliability.
