As part of the opening of our new Watch and Fine Jewelry space within the upcoming CHANEL Boutique in Zurich, we are building a passionate team that embodies the spirit of the House. We are looking for a Sales Advisor who will personify the CHANEL spirit and provide each client with a personalized, warm, and memorable experience.

Build loyalty and develop a discerning clientele by skillfully guiding clients to discover and acquire exceptional Jewelry and Watch pieces, providing attentive follow-up and extending the CHANEL experience beyond the boutique visit.

Actively contribute to commercial performance, leveraging all available tools, and achieving your sales goals.

Ensure operational excellence by participating in client transactions, after-sales service, stock management, and maintaining the impeccable appearance of the boutique.

Share and help grow the team by passing on your best practices, energy, and drive to promote collective excellence.

Your profile:

At least 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in Fine Watchmaking or Jewelry

Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong taste for challenge

Service-oriented, committed to excellence and high standards

Fluent in German and English; any additional language is a plus
